Taffeta Petticoats
Seams are all flat felled (no raw edges showing inside.) Adjustable hook-and-eye closure. We can produce hundreds of styles from the 1870's to 1915. These lovely pettis are just like Great Grandma wore...very colorful, and with that delicious rustle that drove men to distraction! In the days of beautiful long skirts, a girl's petticoats were as important a part of her wardrobe as her most expensive dress.

Sigh...Imagine a typical high school day a hundred years ago, with all the girls in their crisp white waists, long skirts, and frothy petticoats! And the boys were probably too busy bringing frogs and snakes to school to notice!
